”We enjoyed the house, it was roomy and pretty clean. I would suggest that housekeeping uses unscented soaps and dryer sheets when washing sheets & towels. I am highly sensitive to scents and had a hard time however I brought my own sheets and even though I used my own sheets the scent was still there probably from the mattress cover. ”Lovely place to bring the family! Rest and relaxation! Rented the pontoon for our stay and loved every minute on the water—fishing and cruising along! Did a casino night at Soaring Eagle and hiked the trails at Deer Park Nature Park. House was picture perfect and had everything we needed! Will definitely be back!! ”

”I honestly cannot complain about a single thing with our visit. The owner is awesome and knowledgeable with local businesses and places to explore and stay busy. The property is beautiful, with a private dock you can sit, relax by the water and drink a beer while reeling in tons of fish. ”We enjoyed our stay at the Ranger House. The lake was beautiful and fishing was decent. It’s an 8 min walk to the lake so we drove down for fishing. We had fun learning about the property’s previous owner Harry Bennett and looking for the previous Boy Scout buildings. Steve was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend this rental! ”
