”Pet friendly, great location”

”I accidentally selected the wrong day for my stay. I tried to change it, but Expedia was no help. I had to eat the cost of the stay due to an innocent error and I am pissed. Thanks for NO HELP.”

”Property is not as show in the photos. Property was very run-down, doesn't feel clean, room didn't even have a hairdryer. Front desk staff were nice but didn't speak very good English. Expedia said breakfast included but it's not. You must purchase breakfast from the janky "Starbucks" in the lobby -- would have been $60 for myself and my 2 kids to have some egg bites. Ridiculous. The 2 female staff members at the Starbucks were also rude and acted like we inconvenienced them. Definitely will...

”Good breakfast and nice bed/ room TV. Also a solid gym. The pool and hot tube left something to be desired. The pro of the location is that it's surrounded by restaurants. Con is that it's in like a business district surrounded for blocks by streets, parking lots, and other office buildings.”

”Stayed at this same hotel the year prior and enjoyed it but it has gone completely downhill since then. Air conditioning in our room did not work and it was 95 out the day we were there. Hotel staff came up to the room, confirmed it didn't work and asked if we could "deal with it". I told them no and we wanted a new room. The said the hotel was full and there were no other rooms. There was no manager on duty that weekend but we were told the manager would contact us the following Monday. 10...
