Charming Cottage with Outdoor Entertainment Center
Charming and beautifully designed cottage perfectly situated in Pigeon Point. Enjoy the scenic forest view in this entertainer’s dream retreat. Host a BBQ for the big game on the 70-inch outdoor flatscreen. You and your guests can recline on the couch and swinging chairs, keep your drinks cold in built-in ice chest, and even enjoy a game of bocce ball during commercials. Close proximity to many award-winning restaurants and attractions in downtown Beaufort, Port Royal, and Parris Island.
The 2 bed/1 bath home is nearly 700 square feet and located on giant lot. The space has been thoughtfully decorated and updated with guests in mind. The rooms are bright and colorful with a well-designed outdoor entertainment space. While enjoying the backyard, you may spot two barnyard owls who have taken up residence in the pine and oak trees. If you’re a birder, you’ll enjoy sitting in the living room and spotting the many local birds who enjoy visiting our front yard, including Northern cardinals, American goldfinches, and blue jays. Stays longer than 28 days require a rental agreement. Do not instant book stays longer than 28 days without approval from host. For the safety of our guests we also have two security cameras. One in the front covering the front door and one in the back of the home covering the back door and patio.

Great stay!
Very nice and relaxing stay. Listing is extremely accurate and nicely stocked for cooking. Plenty of towels and washcloths and super comfortable beds. Outside area was very nice to sit and relax in the evenings and watch TV. Great communication with Matt, very quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!

Owner Violated VRBO Camera Surveillance Policy Then Cancelled Stay and Forced Me To Leave w/o Refund
Arrived after dark. Tiny bungalow in the wrong part of town. Door entry keypad system not functional on arrival. A/C out in the master. Not a great feeling for an older an older retired couple. Contacted owner. He refused A/C service and did nothing to resolve. Hot holiday weekend. Would have managed despite challenges, but invasive surveillance cameras caused concern. Bright camera lights triggered on with any motion in front and back yard. Cameras present and operational during entire stay. Annoying and invasive. Requested owner disable for duration of our stay. He refused. Forced this ultimatum: ACCEPT CAMERAS (within 10 min) OR LEAVE WITH NO REFUND. Called VRBO. Spent over an hour confirming the VRBO Privacy which clearly states NO CAMERAS will be present unless they are clearly identified in the listing, (prior to booking), along with a complete description of all areas of coverage. NO PRIOR NOTICE OR CONSENT WAS GIVEN so the presence of any cameras were a clear violation and subject to refund if they were a reason for early departure.
SECOND VIOLATION: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN ANY OUTDOOR CAMERA POINT AT OR INTO ANY INTERIOR SPACE. Each of this owner's obnoxious and invasive cameras pointed at glass windows and doors with no cover, allowing unobstructed monitoring of the interior. Owner ignored VRBO policy and when I refused to comply with his ultimatum, had my wife and I thrown out by police. VRBO did nothing despite a clear PRIVACY POLICY!

Cute Cottage centrally located in Beaufort
Great neighborhood and location. Very clean and everything new! Close to downtown Beaufort and Hunting Island Beach State Park. All you need to cook with if you stay in and lots of restaurants close by. Came home to a herd of deer one evening. I would highly recommend this home to anyone!

Cute house with great outdoor area!
This place was great and exceeded our expectations. It is a very cute house and the outdoor space is perfect. You can sit outside (covered), watch TV, and have some food/drinks. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. This is also in a good location, close to the little downtown area. And the host was very responsive!

Little Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and absolutely adorable. Our favorite part of the stay was the outside seating area. We spent a lot of time just enjoying each others company out there. When we had questions or needed anything, our host responded in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
