”All the staff really lovely and very willing to help with any requests. Polite and courteous. Room was very cosy and clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom with lovely towels. All meals were delicious with lots of choice. Will definitely be returning for another stay.”

What we like about the "Imperial" is the warm welcome we always get, the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff is the best. What we like is that some members of staff have been there for a long time & nothing is too much trouble for them!
Breakfast here is so good!
