”The property is a great home base for accessing Watkins Glen and the Seneca Lake wine trail. It was clean and comfortable for our family, and the hot tub was a nice bonus after a day of hiking. Would definitely recommend this place for exploring the area. ”

”We stayed for an extended weekend and had access to wineries, museums, and waterfalls that were all within a reasonable distance and made for a nice drive. Overall, it was a good experience and the owners checked in with us when we forgot to message that we arrived. They were super nice and accommodated our special requests! ”It was our 4th time at Brian's place on Lamoka Lake, We had a good time, as usual. Lots of small fish from the dock but no big ones this year. The cottage was clean and functional with no problems. And we got good use out of the new grill. Brian was a good host, as he always is. We expect to be back again next year.”

”View of the lake is amazing. However, the main road runs down the hill from the unit, so there will be traffic noise all the time. The unpaved driveway to the unit could be challenging for some vehicles. The unit is well appointed, well stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms and a comfortable bed. ”Clean and lots of room Property details indicates that there are 3 bedrooms. 1 Queen room and 2 double rooms. When arrived only 1 Queen, 1 double and other room was an office with no bed ”

”We had the most amazing time staying at this little cabin. The attention to detail put in to every room, instantly heightened the experience. The level of cleanliness was much appreciated and made us even more comfortable. Our favorite parts were hanging out on the front porch playing cornhole, the neighbors (cows) and making s'mores next to the fire pit. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back! ”

”Enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and we were able to walk around the neighborhood and to the business area where we enjoyed a couple of the local restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels and wash clothes in each bathroom. Very convenient to local wineries and breweries and the local state parks.
