Everything about our stay was spectacular. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group. The front desk switched rooms for my mom who has difficulty walking, and when she left something behind in her room (twice) the housekeeping supervisor recovered those items quickly. The room was clean and the staff was courteous. The only drawback was the microwave was not functioning but the microwave in the main reception area was functional.

Stayed two nights - no cleaning or towels changed. Applied new towels from reception and kindly told about problem - answer was: "Oh" and nothing else. Traices of water damage on bathroom ceiling - mold smelled strongly. Pool area was closed. People smoked marohuana on parking lot. Dont recommend ...
