”This review is for the hotel. I stayed two nights (September 18 and September 19). Room #2. I am wondering if the sheets and the comforter were laundered before my arrival. The body smell from them was unbearable. Also all lights (the floor lamp and two lamps on the night stands) did not work. I know this is an inexpensive hotel (actually, not that inexpensive after all) but these things are absolutely necessary at any place where people stay.”

”Rating this property was difficult for me - check in took almost 30 minutes, even though I was the only person arriving then, and then there were problems again on check out that also wasted almost 30 minutes of my time. On arrival, I was told by the desk staff that she could see my reservation but my name didn't come up on the room list. There were vacant rooms available, so I was eventually assigned Room 105 - a terrible accommodation near the highway. Once there, the front desk staff...

”We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. I just looked for an inexpensive overnight to just sleep before heading back home the following morning. I wasn't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised. Our little room was clean and felt safe. We could open the windows! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept great. The location was...

”Room was not clean .. dusty around base boards.. Trash in the bathroom has not been emptied when we arrived.. And the cover to the toilet tank was obviously for a different toilet and didn’t fit and completely cover the tank…walls and doors were dirty and dingy.. tub surround may have been cleaned, but was stained and pitted in spots. Rug had been cut and replaced in spots.. not well done either. Room was suppose to be non-smoking but smelled like the smoke smell was being covered with a very...
