”Paid just under £200 for 2 nights accommodation.
The room was of poor standard and not very well cleaned or maintained.
Stains on the carpet, the tiles in the bathroom are cracked so made it unsafe to walk bare foot. The shower wasnt very warm and the spray went everywhere but me. The sink had a hole and cracks in it.”

”Many parts of the hotel have been modernised and look and feel great. The breakfast was good and the pizza I had for dinner from the bar area was amazing! The staff were very kind, helpful and accomodating. Unfortunately, the rooms feel dated and need to be improved. The outdoor sitting area could be improved and kept clean and tidy.”

”Ground floor onto decking no privacy people walk past all the time looking directly onto the bed ! So hot and no a/c so the one big heavy door kept open all night so worried anyone could walk in! Just one tiny top window above door. 1 fan in the room doesn't do anything. Badly designed place and in a U shape so everyone opposite looks at each other too like a block of flats.”

”Our bedroom was lovely, large room, very clean and fantastic bathroom. Mini fridge and air con were positives too.
I found the downstairs areas of the hotel lacking in atmosphere. The evening dining options were poor with just the la carte menu or room service. There was no bar menu, which we found a bit odd. The room service menu could quite easily be offered in the bar area.
The breakfast was cooked to order but was tasteless and some light music would have set off a better vibe. Not a bad...
