”Enjoyed my stay here. The cottage is newly renovated and was spotless. Very nicely decorated with kitchen that was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal or bake a cake. Situated right on the water with a dock to sit on and enjoy the peace and quiet. Will definitely stay here again. ”

”This was a great little cottage. My family and I were at a family wedding near by. Cottage had all amenities, except a BBQ(although it was not one offered). The place was clean and the owner responded to any questions very timely. We did have issues closing the bathroom door and the shower heads spray was affected due to the hard water. ”Overall the property was as advertised. Close to Smith Falls and Merrickville, it is situated on a small waterway that is peaceful and has seating on the dock. Price was fair for the accommodations. The icons on VRBO indicate that there are two showers but there is only one. The upstairs bathroom is a tub only. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed. We had a lovely stay.”

Cover on BBQ does not fit properly. Could not do any fishing due to weeds but told i could. Picture in listing disheaving. Pool table shown but no cues or balls. Chairs very uncomfortable.
