”The lack of substantial updates to the property was surprising. The best thing about the room was how the AC/heat and hot water all worked -- but a roach was found wandering the walls!
The carpet was damp and the bathroom left much to be desired. Made me nervous to be in, which is why I minimized the time spent in the room and made sure all belongings were kept off the floor and closed at all times.
The TV was also not working and the blinds in the bathroom were broken -- thankfully the room...

”Didn’t like that we were not informed of mentally ill individuals living there.
One person was screaming at the clerk and was very agitated
Another was seen down the hall from our room exhibiting bizarre behavior
A third man was in crisis.. recently psych discharge having a hard time coping. He was calm and respectful with the clerk… wanted the hospital contacted.
The clerk handled the people quite well… respect, reassurance given… very good with both

”We did not like that two guests ignored the sign that no dogs were allowed in the breakfast area. They sat down with their food right behind us began eating as the dog periodically barked! This is against FDA
Rules. This goes way over “ dog friendly.
People were petting the dog and going back to get more food. We stay with you often. Never saw this before”
