”I chose this hotel because breakfast was advertised as included, and I was counting on eating there while working in my room. That was the reason I booked it. I was extremely disappointed to find only coffee, muffins, and hot water. That was not the full breakfast I expected when I made the reservation.
I had to interrupt my work, go out to find food, and spend extra time, gas, and money. I also lost time trying to get the issue resolved. The employee who helped me was kind, but that does not...

”Check in was easy, we checked in after midnight due to a concert we had attended and staff was helpful. My only complaint is the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I had expected, just dust along the mirror, mirror had marks/smudges like it hadn’t been wiped down and there was some small hairs left in the shower. Bed was clean though and the rest of the room was clean. Breakfast was okay, it’s a normal hotel continental breakfast. Only complaint about it was the milk for coffee had definitely gone bad...
