”They checked me into a room that had another man already there. Terrible experience. I would never go to or recommend this hotel to anyone. I had to drive 3 hours home because the hotel was so awful”

”The room was not cleaned well. There was a bow tie found in the corner of the room so you know the floor is not being completely vacuumed. Hair in the tub and bathroom counter. Checking in was very difficult and delayed. Despite having reservations and checking in, it took over 30 minutes to get a key made after I had given my reservation partly due to a new system limitation. Understandably there was only one person at the desk and multiple parties awaiting their needs. The tasks IMO...

Once in room the sofa bed did not have bedding but there was no one to bring bedding due to lack of employees. The next morning ants were found in the room and on sofa bed. Requested the room to be cleaned and sheets changed. Only the bed was changed and no sheets were added to sofa bed. They did fix issue by moving to another room. Breakfast was not worth the...

”Did online check-in and waited for digital key as I always do. Check-in time came and went and several hours later app still said that the room was being prepared. Had to go to the front desk only to be told that the room was ready. Not a big deal… But frustrating. Woke up at 6 AM to loud hallway music playing, open the door to find a speaker right above room 112 where we were staying. I’ve never been in a hotel where the hallway music was playing let alone loud enough to wake people up. Went...
