”This hotel is in a great location to easily access the Caltrain to go anywhere around San Francisco. The staff is excellent and very attentive. The property manager Kristin was especially helpful with a couple of questions that we had. I would recommend this hotel without reservation.”

”Rented 2 rooms for family of 5 persons. Looks like the rooms have differences in their facilities. Other room in the first floor had hot tub but the other room didn't. One of the rooms had one broken light and the toilet air ventilation didn't work so all the humid air stayed longer in the apartment. Breakfast was great compared to the expectations. The first morning (7/22) the receptionist lady was very helpful and willing to service, the next two mornings (7/23 and 7/24) another lady was there...
