”This hotel has the potential to be amazing! This is due to the staff and the restaurant ONLY. I spent 5 days here and had issues with the plumbing all but 1 day. The hotel is in need of major renovations, as a matter of fact the renovations were taking place while we were there. Tyler is wonderful, kind and willing to make anything that goes wrong right immediately. ”Refrigerator truck parked outside our room. Running until after 1.30am after we called front desk. We had to leave early so had no sleep. When we were leaving a dog was loose in the corridor and peed up the wall. Very very disappointed. Guy on front desk was pleasant but couldn’t speak much English and we couldn’t speak Spanish so wasn’t able to communicate properly. ”
