”didnt want to share it my kids and grandkids,, we've been coming to this vrbo in beechgrove for many years now.. just my husband and i... but we decided to do away with not sharing it to having 14 of kids and grandkids join us for a destination Thanksgiving.. some coming from California and New Mexico,, the rest including my husband and me from Texas.... it was perfectly full of chaos and lovely,,plenty of room for all of us. ”Location was perfect for our trip. We there for a deer hunting trip at AEDC WMA . The house was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Private street with lots of wildlife and privacy. Communication during the entire process was quick and simple. The house felt larger and more roomy than expected. Overall great experience and will definitely stay again!”

”So disappointed. Backyard not as pictured. Piles of brush, tree branches, and Osage oranges in various states of decomposition. We were competing in a dog show and booked this rental so our dogs could play and unwind after the competition. Access to the backyard thru a bedroom was ackward. The person staying in the master bedroom had to disrupt the person sleeping in the bedroom if their dog needed to go out in the middle of the night. Also had problems when we arrived. The portable AC unit on the porch/sunroom was helpful on those stuffy mornings. Outside the yard was well kept, but the bushes and flowers were a bit overgrown. ”We had a great overnight stay in this clean and chic guesthouse. It was situated on a spacious wooded lot with a blacktop driveway shared with the owner's beautiful home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the double sinks in the bathroom and the electric fireplace in the bedroom. With a few added amenities like a spot to set luggage in the bedroom and a couple comfy chairs on the main level this stay would have been perfect.”
