”When we arrived our room was not cleaned. The bed was messy and dirty towels were in the bathroom. I tried to talk to the front desk staff but there is no staff. It’s a contactless hotel/motel. I called the number at the desk and had to leave a message. I called Best Western and she couldn’t really help me because I booked through Expedia. At that point someone arrived and he told me his name was Peter and he was the manager. I got off the phone with BW and this man assured me he would make...

”Good clean room and an easy place to stay in Rochester. Comfortable bed and all that. The place is showing its age a bit and the elevator doors could use some servicing, but everything functioned. My one complaint is that those are probably the least absorbent towels I've ever used in my life. I recommend someone from the staff actually take a new one home and try it themselves.”

”Great location, good breakfast and very nice staff. Has a laundry room which was clean and great to use. Rooms have old carpet , a weird odor and need some updating. But still livable for a few days.”

”Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came.
Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me.”

”I understand that ‘things happen’ but they had construction crews working on a Sunday and Monday all day. In addition, they were short on help and only had one maid for the whole floor. She never had time or an opportunity to clean any rooms that were being used a second day. There were three grocery bags of garbage I left behind , that I bought myself. Molly, the desk clerk, was phenomenal! She deserves a raise immediately. However, I would never ever recommend this place for your stay.”

”Nothing particularly that I liked it. Our keys and the staff's master key couldn't open the door to the room that was assigned to us. The staff put us in a different room quickly with two full beds rather than two queen beds. We reserved a room with two queen beds. We got there near 1 am, and the staff had other customers waiting for him in the lobby as well, so we didn't make a fuss about our room. The room was musty and had very bad bathroom smell that wouldn't go away. It was not a pleasant...
