”This hotel claims to be 5-star hotel, but with the experience from last 20 years, I believe it is simply overrated. The hotel itself has a good location, but the maintenance and the service You receive, makes You unsatisfied. Some of the workers are very kind, but the hotel seems to use workers, who do are not at all trained to be hotel workers. A lot of promises, not every one of them kept.”

”A quiet haven in the middle of Tel Aviv. Fantastic location opposite the best ice cream shop in the city and right by the pedestrian walkway which leads to Jaffa, the light rail and the sea. The property has spacious shared lounges with kitchens where you can store food in the fridge and make simple meals. Even when full the hotel had an air of serenity and calmness.”

”Beautiful property, every amenity possible, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast, fantastic staff. Room is on the small side and bathroom is tiny - but very well equipped and excellent water pressure. I actually bought the bathrobe, liked it so much... Parking is an issue. When hotel is full, valet parking is not available. Driving in and out of the area is a nightmare. Can't compliment the staff enough. Really exceptional.”
