Henkilökunnan kielitaito ei englanniksi paras mahdollinen, venäjää puhuttaisiin paremmin. Muuten kyllä melko ystävällistä palvelua. Käry ruokasalissa oli melkoinen, ilmanvaihtoa voisi noiolta osin parantaa. Hinta-laatu -suhteeltaan hotelli oli hyvä!”

The facilities in the hotel itself are beautiful however the staff is very rude and not helpful the air condition did not work in most of the places we were and did not work efficiently in our rooms as well which was very hot over 40 degrees Celsius when we stayed.
