”Staff were fantastic as usual. Breakfast was hearty and great quality. Room was very nice and cozy - the bed is particularly comfy. Spa was great, clean, and good service. Pub food was lovely. ”

”Customer service stood out for me. I booked a certain room and initially didn’t get it. The lady at reception (didn’t get her name but she worked 1st Nov) ran around the hotel to sort out the room for me straight away. Room was super clean, quiet and stylish. Had the peaceful weekend I was looking for! ”

”A very satisfied stay at the Hawksmoor Guest House. The staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was amazing and cooked from scratch. Our room was available earlier than stated and was very clean and comfortable. The location was great too, just a 15 minute walk to the town and Lake Windermere. We would highly recommend a stay here!! The Hollands!! ”

”A really lovely couple of nights at Holly Lodge. The hospitality shown from Kirsty and Barbara was 1st class and couldn’t have wished for a more welcoming and homely stay. The lounge is a beautiful and relaxing area to sit and have a drink and take in the wonderful Xmas tree . Really enjoyed the couple of visits to the health club using both the gym and the Spa which was a wonderful perk. ”Klassinen hotelli hienolla näkymällä kukkulalta järvelle. Hyvä aaminen, itse tehtyjä mysliä ja hilloja, sekä hyvä lämpimien aamiasten valikoima. Parkki vähän ahdas, mutta ainakin hotellilla oma parkkipaikka. Helppo lähteä moneen suuntaan. Keskustaan ja kauppohin reilu 1km kävely.”
