There was a party until two o'clock in the morning, the air conditioning did not work at all and they refuse to fix it and there were bugs everywhere inside the room

We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the air conditioning. Please understand that our hotel operates on a centralized chiller system, which provides either cold or hot air. Unfortunately, individual room adjustments are not feasible. Additionally, in Lebanon, many guests prefer warmer room temperatures in the meantime Regarding the issue with mosquitoes, we appreciate your understanding. As our resort features open balconies, it is natural for mosquitoes to enter. Furthermore, the presence of food on the table can attract these insects. Rest assured, we take all necessary measures to mitigate such occurrences.Thank you for your attention, and we sincerely hope to welcome you back soon. Before booking it says breakfast included, i called the hotel to confirm my booking they told me breakfast included but parking fee 600 000 lira. At the hotel during check in they told me breakfast not included.

This was an outstanding family oriented resort. We stayed at a few other facilities claiming to be the best but it didn’t have the staff or quality of guests as this resort did. We had an amazing time and will definitely do it again! The staff members are extremely friendly and prompt.

O hotel é bem localizado, tem uma ótima piscina porém é simples e antigo. Os quartos são pequenos mas bem mobiliados e limpos. A conservação é ok, já vi hotéis muito mais caros com péssima manutenção em Beirute

Worst service I have ever experienced
Worst service I have ever experienced at any hotel. When staying at Coral Beach Beirut, we accidentally forgot our bathing suits on the balcony of our room. Luckily I noticed it the same evening after check-out and wrote an email to kindly ask the staff to keep an eye out for it. No answer. After having written another email kindly asking the staff to answer my email, and no reply came, I called – the reception said no on is checking the info-mail these days. This was the info-mail on the hotel's website. I sent the email again as requested to the reception – where the woman assured me that she had received it and promised that someone was going to answer, whether they had found the bathing suits or not. No response. This was end of October and the hotel was almost empty. How hard can it be?

I got surprised while checking out of the hotel that the price of the night per night is 30% lower than the price I paid through expedia! and I wasn't compensated. As well, the room was super small and the access to the block which where the room is very hard to reach, as there were too many restrictions about access.

The hotel was dirty and very outdated. It had bedbugs in the mattress. The staff was rude and dry and they are over priced by a lot. $250 per night for this low class trash hotel is a joke. I will never stay at this hotel in my life even if it was the last hotel in Lebanon. The pool is a bunch of old people and the food is low class and high priced. This is a 2 star hotel at best. The location is in a ugly area too. I don’t recommended anyone stay at this hotel ever

Not the best hotel, one evening there was a wedding party in the dinner lounge and bar to which there was nowhere else for us to get food or drink unless we ordered room service! Rooms were clean and comfy, service was OK though we asked for an umbrella which it says you can get from the lobby but they had none! Pools looked nice but we were unable to use due to weather. Entertainment advertised in the book in the room was never on. Not a great area for walking distance to central Beirut.
