Also you can tell a lot of a place in what they think of their customers by the quality of the bathrooms and the soap they use, The Falstaff exceeds all expectations, thanks for another wonder stay.”

”Very good all round ! Except pet-friendly charge excessive compared to all the other Hotels we use regularly! Who normally charge between £6-£20 and are sometimes free. With the additional car parking charge now it is making our stay with you be carefully thought about. Shame you are becoming a bit Corporate greedy!! ”

”Nice location, nice room but the bed was too soft for our liking. Unfortunately the pub next door had a band and loud karaoke until very late then the dustmen went past about 4 times at 6 o'clock. A very disturbing night because of the surroundings.”

”I had my dog. The hotel provided a comfy doggie mattress and 2 bowls. Staff polite and friendly. ”

”We stayed at Broome Park for my mums 70th birthday. They stayed in one of the junior suites which they loved, whilst the rest of us stayed in the lodges on site. We had 23 of us there and Jo in the events team was kind enough to sort us a private dining room for our evening meal which was perfect and also meant the kids could have a bit of space without disturbing anyone else. The hotel was great value for money and had some lovely features and decor. The staff were all very kind and helpful....
