”We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was great. Everything was well organised, and we really enjoyed our stay. Would happily recommend it!”

”Alles sehr Top und gepflegt, bis auf die Wickelräume die sind sher dreckig! Sonst ein Top Hotel!”

”fantastic w kids, so much to do and EAT!”

”Tüm çalışanlar çok nazikti, özellikle Kadir Bey. Konforumuzla yakından ilgilendiler ve tatilimize mutluluk kattılar. Hepsine başarılar diliyorum.”

”The Hotel was nice but the food should be better in a 5 star hotel. The stuff was helpfull and good. We had a really big room with very nice view, the room was nice but might need some renovation soon.”

”I rarely leave a review, but I felt I had to warn others. I checked in and witnessed three power cuts while standing at the front desk. The room had the worst, most inefficient air conditioning I have ever experienced, and it cut out during each power cut. The room became unbearably hot, which ruined my sleep for all three nights. I was there for 3 weeks and it was best time of my life. Going back again. If I want to complain about something, its that theres too good food, I gained about 10 kilos on my trip.”

”The stay was good for me, when I saw pictures it showed a beach area that is not at this hotel, it's a shared spot you have to take a shuttle or a cab to. I feel I did not look enough on Expedia of the location and details, that is on me for that. For the one night I needed it was good”

”Overall a very pleasant 9-night stay at Kremlin Palace with my girlfriend in September. Pros: the facilities were great and food and drinks are excellent. I think they managed to make the buffet thing work well in these Covid times (many thanks to the great people who have to both cook and serve the food!). Service was mostly good, although not all staff spoke English. Rooms were cleaned every day although sheets were not always changed. Also, we received 2 fruit bowls and 2 bottles of wine in...

”Huhtikuinen pelireissu ja hienot kelit. Perhematkailuun liian varhainen aika kun ulkoaltaat ja vesipuisto vielä kiinni.”
