”Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area.”

”Turned up to be told the manager was out and wouldn’t be back for half an hour at least, so we couldn’t check in.
So had to sit and wait (we were supposed to be getting ready for a wedding).
Manager treated us as though we were some sort of nuisance wanting to check in. So after nearly 45 min she arrived and asked for a £200 deposit… this wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the listing.
The rooms were dirty (walls, floors and bedding), the tiled floors with missing grout in our bathroom were...
