This trip was so easy to book and the hosts at The Landings at Tres Cocos made our stay so worry-free!!First off, the communication before we even got to the property was so quick and professional! Brittany was my go-to person and she had so much great information for us. ”There was no host so no one to rectify any problems we had. Tried emails to the concierge with no reply, before our arrival and before. The place was filthy. The burners on the range did not all work properly. no water pressure. strong sewer smell in the condo. Mold on the shower ceiling. And the rock work on the other shower floor is coming loose because the grout never dries, and never been sealed. sliding doors and screen don’t slide well. lack of utensils, no glasses, poor quality...

”Perfection in paradise is not an exaggeration! We found the condo to be ideally situated in relation to downtown Placencia, far enough from the noise of the street while not being out of the way. The bedrooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. The kitchen very well equipped for meal prep and dining in. The front and back verandas were spacious. Went on a snorkeling tour and they picked us up right at our dock. Recommend you stop and say hi to Robin at Stax for drinks and dinner across the road we had a great time there!!”

”We enjoyed the landings at tres cocos so much!! The pool was stunning and refreshing, the apartment was so spacious and really well insulated, it was so quiet inside plus the beds were super comfy, we all slept really well. The apartment was beautifully decorated which made us feel right at home. The location was great too, pretty walkable but not in the hussle of town. The property managers were always available to answer questions and were very helpful. We can't wait to be back one day!”
