”We hated the whole experience!! The pictures on there website is misleading an not true the place is run down and not finished at all the pool area is nasty an under construction the room a not up to standard an they need work the water is not hot! The rooms are hot because the ac doesn’t stay on my wife was mad at me because I booked it. Don’t go to this place”

”Perfect stay for 4 travellers for 2 nights. Wasn’t large or fancy but suited our needs for the short stay, especially when we spent the day exploring and didn’t need to stay in the room. The owner/manager was absolutely helpful.”

”This was a neat place to stay. I wish I would’ve had more time to play golf. Our room was ok. There were a ton of ants and gecko’s in our room which is to be expected building anything in a warm climate. The only complaint, which was not the fault of the resort was the power went out and our room became absolutely stifling. There were no cross windows to open and no fan on a back up power source or even a battery fan in case of emergency which would’ve helped considerably. Overall our stay was...

”We really enjoyed our two night stay. The staff was super accommodating whenever we asked for anything. The property is incredibly unique and really gives you the local, in the jungle vibe, but with a super nice room. Would happily come back.”

”This place is a DUMP !! False advertisement. Described on website as a deluxe 1 bedroom studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen overlooking the ocean. We got a very small one room crammed space. A queen sized bed which was 10 steps from the door, a dorm size fridge and small microwave on a table, 1 chair in the corner close to the bed, a rod to hang your clothes. No toiletries, towels or anything. When we inquired about the fully equipped kitchen they took us downstairs to an area that had...

”The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize.”

”We felt like we were whisked away to China at Joyce Garden! Everything from the beautiful grounds, delicious dining at Green Pandan, to feeling safe and relaxed! Joyce and her family are very welcoming and kind! We can’t wait to go back!”

”The staff was super helpful and very attentive. The 3 course dinner meal was not only convenient after a long day doing a tour but was delicious every night. The rooms were well cleaned and offered great views of the jungle. Truly unique experience.”

”I loved it all. The river view, pool, bar, restaurant, service, and how kind and sweet everyone were. I loved the location, the peace and tranquility it brought to my life. Which was much need for an Emergency Room RN. When I arrived I was greeted my a wonderful young man, he was kind and very pleasant. This world needs more people like.him in it. My only regret is having to leave so soon. Thank you all for everything, I appreciate it so much!”

”If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip. ”
