”If you are reading this review: I am the previous owner. I am proud to say we hosted this house for 5 years. Nothing but 5star amazing reviews. I am attaching the last 2 reviews left by my last guest in Augsut. We never had a complaint. When booking this property , be prepared to have an amazing vacation with the best service and amenties!!!! You will not be disappointed!!! *****Great place, the staff were amazing. The house had everything we needed and had enough room for 13 of us....

”Overall, we had a pretty positive experience. The house is great. However, there was consistent ongoing construction from 7 AM until dark, which made it impossible to sleep in or fully enjoy the outside. We wish we would’ve known this before checking in, especially with having little kids. Also when we went to check out, the staff showed up 45 minutes early and just sat around the house waiting for us to leave and started picking up all the items outside which made us feel like we were confined...

”Great place! So nice to have a nice quiet place to come back to after a busy day. The A/C worked great along with everything else. Great host, very helpful. Bikes, kayaks all included.”

”Very happy with our short stay. Everything worked out very well. Would recommend to friends and family”

”Wish we could have stayed longer! Michelle was great always responding right away with any questions we had before arrival and during! Scott was an amazing host! Picked us up at the airport and quickly got us food at the Belkin Brewery which was a great place! Thank you Scott for all the tips 1-15 lol! We will be back!”

”My group of 8 women enjoyed everything about this place. Pool was clean and refreshing. Have our own place to sit and enjoy each other and the gorgeous sunrise was great. The only thing was it stated a washer and dryer. It had a clothes line and wash spin unit. Not something we are use to but it met our needs. Will definitely rent when we go back!”

”We had a delightful seabreeze through the house the whole time. Despite the warm weather, no AC needed. Everything was clean and orderly, as it should be. The host was very responsive. Great location just south of Hopkins. The road becomes pockmarked dirt for a short stretch between town and the beach house. Good swimming in the ocean because it's shallow quite a ways out with a firm sand bottom.”

”The location is very conveniently located near the town, walking distance to a supermarket, but because of the vegetation surrounding the back yard it has the feel of being isolated. The deck and pool are nice for cooling off after the day of activities but we also really enjoyed using the sitting area in the breezeway between the driveway and the house. Protected from the sun and a slight breeze made it very comfortable even when it was mid-90s outside. Terry is a great host and even arranged...

”We love this house and the caretakers (both the humans and dog ones). The pool is fabulous. The food that Reuben and Mariza cooked for us was divine. The location is perfect…close to the village but far enough to enjoy the sounds of the waves. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were perfect for multiple couples. This was our second visit to this specific home and we highly recommend!”

”Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and property are truly top shelf! Everything about it exceeded our expectations. Fanny and Donny, the onsite staff, were fantastic - very friendly and responsive to the few small requests that we had. When we return to Belize, we will...

”We really loved the Pointe House. Gorgeous flowers everywhere. Gracious host Rosa. But for us in the 70 lane, the furnishings were not very comfortable for our aging bodies. I also would have appreciated a small welcome basket offering bottled water, some fresh fruit and a couple muffins or pastries just to see us thru to the next morning, as we had a late arrival and had no idea there was nothing in the room or nearby.”

”This house was perfect. It's one of the cleanest houses we've ever had the pleasure of staying at and the setting was beautiful. The hosts clearly care for this home. Highlights: breakfast on the deck with the sunrise, toucans in the trees, multiple hammocks for relaxing, a nice path to the end of the property, amazing view, and cool breezes at night. Open up the wall of glass doors and the windows and it was extremely pleasant. The house is spacious and our family of four was very comfortable....

”We had a nice stay at Iz’s. It was a little farther north than we expected but we adventured around and had a great time. ”

”We felt so at home here.”
