”We came to this property because it was described on expedia web page as being pet friendly. There was, however a $50.00 pet deposit, preferably in cash, refundable upon check-out if no extra cleaning or pet damage noted. This was not mentioned in hotel's description. The facility was obviously undergoing rehab of old furniture and decorating with some completed and some not. ”Staff is SO kind and helpful. James was on premises when we checked in late, he helped us with everything and let us know about the amenities in the area as well. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We stayed in the “guest house” and it was incredibly comfortable and clean. Had easy access to a full kitchen, a nice hot shower, and washer/dryer. We loved talking to the other guests, I really can’t recommend this spot enough. We will 100% be coming back if in the area. ”

Unfortunately they are still doing construction so there was lots of noise early in the morning and the housekeeping staff was right outside our room talking loudly enough to wake us up way earlier than we wanted to be up. The breakfast bar was horrible this time. The biscuits were like bricks and the eggs were cold and gross. ”

”It was $77….it had homeless out front talking gibberish. It had dirty hallways . One of the beds had a public hair and poop stain. So no, it wasn’t a clean bed. No, they didn’t seem to care or refund, discount or nothing. For $77 we were fine with no breakfast or pool. We just needed a good shower and cleaned after a long travel day. ”We stayed in the annex. This would be great with a group of friends or family. No great for people that may have a problem with stairs. We had two floors and two kitchens. Lots of room to be together or room to be a lone. ”

”The bed was very comfortable, better yet, the pillows were superb! The breakfast was surprisingly decent. It’s the most expensive hotel in that area, but it was worth the money. Highly recommend.”

”Avoid. We were sold a room without running water. Front desk guy was great, he gave us the next door room and told us not to worry about returning the key for the original room: great, because our baby had already gone to sleep. Next thing I know, the hotel owner/manager/whatever tried to let himself into our rooms at 10pm. I told him I’d pay for two rooms just to get him out of my hair. Not coming back ever.”
