”Sheila the front desk person who checked us in was very nice. The room was clean, but a bit worn. The countertop was beginning to flake on the bottom. They had common bottles of shampoo and body soap, but no lotion. A family of two women and three small children were checked into the room next to us at 8 pm. There was a common door between the rooms and of course the children wanted to open it. It was pretty noisy for a couple of hours, but then everybody settled in. There was some crying in the...

”Check in was quick and easy. The lady at the counter didn’t come across as friendly. The pool was down(only reason we booked a hotel), the gym consisted of a closet sized room with a treadmill, 5 sets of weights and a few exercise balls, the hallways were hot and had a dog smell to them. ”Quick 1 nite sisters trip. We had very convenient rooms on 1st floor near lobby. Made dinner & breakfast reservations thru open table..or u can call hotel directly. Dinner in Conquistadore was fantastic. All 3 meals were well prepared & flavorful. Breakfast in la hacienda also good..theres a buffet daily or al la cart. Sun brunch & afternoon tea,cooking lessons etc.. yes its a bit dated ; may not be best choice for ADA,but the value for the price was fair. pretty property.”
