”Everything was great, bed was comfortable, check in was easy. There was just one thing: I went down to ask if the front desk had a nail file and she looked at me like I had a hole in my head. Isn’t that supposed to be an amenity you provide if asked. I understand not having them in the room anymore - but to not have them at all and then when a guest asks for one to look at her like she is stupid for asking - I don’t think that’s an IHG standard. ”

”I will be honest I wasnt expecting much being that everything was sold out in this area but when I saw how clean and also looked like it had just been remodeled inside everything looked new and refreshing. I was able to park truck and trailer and took the golf cart to dinner and drinks downtown. We will definitely be back to stay here. ”
