”Unique little hotel placing you right in the heart of Seattle. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating when we showed up early after being on a cruise. Allowed us to get right into our Seattle exploring. Not for everyone if mobility or handicapped, but if you are looking for a place to land you in the middle of things, this is it. ”We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)”

”Stunning hotel, cute walkable neighborhood. Amazing stay for games and concerts since it’s walking distance to the stadiums and several bars. Plenty of street parking as well. Staff was so kind, left me a piece of cake and a handwritten note when they heard it was my birthday. Also upgraded us to a corner suite to celebrate. Above and beyond staff <3”

”We spend two nights there and the second day we left around 10:30 am and came back around 10 pm and they didn’t clean up my room… we were so tired for all the walking and got there to do a little clean up and asked for new towels they took like 25 min to arrive for me to take a shower and sleep… They had water at the lobby but no cups available.. Waterpool area were not clean…”

”Excellent service. Especially the security guard at the night shift when we arrived on 9 June was brilliant and helpful. A very comfortable bed. The view to the parking lot was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was not quite at the level we expected but could be easily improved. For example, the fact that the spot to handle dirty dishes and trashes, which understandably gets quite messy, is right next to customers who are enjoying their breakfast is not optimal.
