Living room: Plenty of seating around the smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully stocked and furnished with a table for 6.

Laundry room: Full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. The queen-sized air
mattress is stored in the closet for extra guests.

Bedroom 1: Comes with a king-sized bed and a shower in the connected bathroom with two
separate sinks.

Bedroom 2: Comes with a queen-sized bed, closet for storage, and a smart TV.

Bedroom 3: Includes two twin-sized beds, a closet for storage, and a smart TV.

Outside: The backyard deck has seating for 2 and a beautiful view of the forested area. Guests
have access to the entire house, including the backyard and patio.

Please note: There are active security cameras at the front door, back door, back yard, and
driveway for guest safety and home security. There are no cameras or recording devices inside
the home

Guest Access:
Guests can access the home through the smart lock on the front door. The door code and
address to the house are given on the reserved day at check-in time.
