”The location on the lake is excellent and the access from the house to the lake is very good. The largest dock space on the whole lake, was great for lounging relaxing, etc.”

Location was great for our activities which included golfing, attending NW Arkansas Championship LPGA golf tournament and Crystal Bridges. Communication with property owners was excellent. ”Jim and Jae truly have a slice of paradise on Lake Ann. Jim greeted us as we pulled in to their beautiful property overlooking the lake. This unit offers breathtaking views with large windows facing the lake. We loved our morning coffee on the private deck. The lake was quiet and perfect for fishing off their deck or from a boat.
