Relax and unwind in this Fabulous Mid-Century Modern ranch. This stunning property will be your private resort full of amenities to go along with its amazing lakefront views. Featuring a beautiful pool, large patio areas for outdoor gatherings and outdoor dining, a large private boat and swimming dock including paddleboards and kayaks, and a tennis & pickle ball court with a basketball goal (to be refinished in spring 2023). Close to MTB trails and everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer!

This mid-century modern is a design jewel. Warm, comfortable, delightful. More spacious than the pictures with the perfect entertainment layout. More kitchen stuff, whole house items than you would ever need. There were a few maintenance glitches, hopefully they will be remedied. If you appreciate architecture this home is a gift to spend time in.

An unbelievable property with everything that you need! We had a family of 15, and everyone had plenty of space. We ate nearly every meal at the house, all the utensils and things that you might need are there. The kids spent numerous hours at the pool, on the basketball and pickleball courts, paddleboarding and kayaking on the lake. We absolutely would recommend this property!

Wonderful spot for family vacation for all ages!

This place is wonderful! There were so many things to do, and plenty of room to spread out. Our younger grandchildren loved the pool, and the older ones enjoyed the dock and lake. Grandpa had fun teaching pickleball to the family on the court. Several family members checked out the pretty hiking trails. The mid century design of the house is lovely and unique, and it was a great place to stay!

Friends get away

This was the second year my friends and I have stayed for our annual summer vacation. Every bedroom has a bathroom attached and has plenty of space. We love taking advantage of the amenities and spend time kayaking, playing pickleball ball, and swimming in lake and pool. Having two living spaces allows everyone room to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and appliances so cooking meals is simple. The owners are responsive with questions.

Family fun and memories made

Wow what a beautiful space tucked in along expansive lakefront that became a favorite place for everyone to paddleboard, kayak and canoe either before or after pool time, not to mention pickleball if you had the energy!Loved coffee in the morning overlooking the lake and most of all family meals with a kitchen that satisfied the amateur chef and all the sous chef’s! The architecture with expansive windows highlighted the views and nature including beautiful stonework and the interior mid-mod decor was spot on. Everyone loved it!

2024 Cousins Reunion

This is a beautiful home with amazing views. We stayed three nights with 16 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked all but one meal here. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and play games or just relax outside.

Loved the home and all the amenities!

This home had plenty of room for our family group of 14 with age range 5 to 72. There was really no need to leave the property except to run and get groceries if we didn’t want to eat out. The 6 bedrooms worked out great for our family and there was plenty of kitchen space, and room for all to be together inside. Actually more space than the pictures looked like there would be. The outside pool, courts and lake is like a resort all to yourself. Our whole family LOVED this beautiful place.

Beautiful home

Unique and beautiful house. Lots of comfortable rooms to relax and cozy blankets. Plenty of bathrooms for all 12 of us. Lovely property. Steps and hill down to lake/dock made accessibility difficult for older folks but still had a gorgeous view.

Superb Stay at The Mayfair

Amazing MCM home with ample gathering space, fantastic amenities, and a gorgeous, peaceful spot on Lake Windsor! The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was large enough to accommodate our family of 17. We loved the dock with diving platform and everyone had fun using the kayaks and SUPs. We enjoyed using the pickleball/basketball court as well. The pool provided a nice cool down spot with patio seating for non-swimmers. There are several nice parks/trails nearby, so our family enjoyed exploring those options too. Hosts are detailed and responsive; highly recommended this unique and tranquil property!

Great lakefront property!

With a pool, pickle ball/tennis/basketball court, and lake acceas with kayaks and stand up paddle boards to use this property is hard to beat. The kitchen is spacious with room for any food you bring and the bedrooms are a great size. We had 10 adults and 9 kids and everyone was comfortable. There are extras like bandaids/extra toothbrushes/tons of towels that make the stay even easier. Owners were responsive to questions.
