The Victoria Townhome sits on Tunnel Vision Trail. This 3bd rm, 2ba has extra room with futon for additional sleeping. (Can easily sleep 8 with approval.)Two level sleeping with 2 decks. Private laundry and covered parking. Walk to Riordan hall, Kingsdale Playground with Putt-Putt, basketball, and horseshoes. Kingsdale Tennis Center, Kingsdale and Berksdale Golf Course. Restaurant's, Gas and Grocery's near by.

The space
Living Room - Comfortable furniture, Smart TV to stream your favorite apps. Walk out to upper deck with outdoor dining table.

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook a meal. Pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, blender, and toaster oven. Kuerig coffee pot for using coffee or tea pods. Coffee bean grinder available.
Dining table with 6 chairs available next to kitchen.

Bedrooms - Upstairs bedroom with full closet and king bed. Joins bathroom.
Downstairs bedroom has full closet with extra linens and queen bed and walks out to lower deck. Second full size bathroom downstairs.
Bunk bed room has a full size lower bed and twin upper bed. Queen air mattress also available and extra linens.
Futon room has comfortable mattress and linens. Downstairs TV and walks out to lower deck. This room also has a mini fridge and items needed for your fun outdoor activities such as a basketball, golf balls and putters, hammock, bike pump, and bike rags for clean up after your ride.

Laundry- The laundry is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

Outdoor area - Both decks overlook Tunnel Vision Bike trail. Enjoy watching bikers and hikers while sitting outside or walk directly out to the trails! Hammock available to lounge in the trees!
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire townhome. Guest will be provided with an electronic door code prior to your arrival and good through your stay.

Guest passes for Bella Vista POA amenity’s can be requested at least 7 days before your arrival. The guest pass will give you access to the lakes, pools, fitness centers, ect. You do NOT need a guest pass to access the bike trails or the golf courses (golf fee is required). Kingsdale Tennis Center is fee required as well.
When requesting the passes, please send the first & last name of everyone needing a pass and the city and state you are visiting from. Once I have submitted the request for the passes, you will receive conformation and a printable copy of the passes to print out.
Other things to note
Check in after 3 PM.
Check out before 10 AM.
Minimal noise after 10 PM.
No smoking in the home or on the decks.
No parties or events.
No pets.
Primary renter must be 21 years of age.
No illegal activity on premises.
No photography or video allowed on premises.
Please respect our home.
