    Moderni ja tilava huoneisto, jolla on suuri aurinkoterassi, jaettu Liszt-ullakkohuoneiston kanssa, varustettu aurinkotuovilla ja sateenvarjoilla sekä upeat näkymät. Hotelli sijaitsee järven rannalla historiallisessa rakennuksessa Bellagion sydämessä.

    Varustettu WIFI: llä, ilmastoinnilla ja tuplaikkunoilla, jotka tekevät siitä erittäin hiljaisen, se on ihanteellinen majoituspaikka viettämään lomaa, jota ympäröi vertaansa vailla oleva kauneus.

    Huoneisto sijaitsee jalankulkijoiden alueella, josta löydät parhaat muotiliikkeet, ravintolat ja baarit, joissa kokea järven tyypillinen ilmapiiri.

    Julkinen pysäköintialue on 200 metrin päässä kiinteistöstä.

Unit is nicely remodeled and very clean. AC works well. Location is excellent for staying in Bellagio area. Plenty of restaurants, shops and activities within walking distance.Only confusion we had is that this was listed as Liszt Apartment, but when we arrived units were labeled as Home, Tower and Attic (this one is Home).

You have a beautiful view of the lake from the bedroom and living room. It is super close to the ferry and all of downtown. Wonderful place for a vacation.

Amazing location! Doesn’t get better than walking a few steps to great restaurans like La Lanterna, Bilacus, San Giacomo, and La Dolce Vita. Bar San Remo just downstairs by the lake was our go-to happy hour spot. The tiny market was great for stocking up on drinks and snacks. I picked up delicious croissants each morning at a local bakery at the top of the steps and to the right. We did not cook but the kitchen was fully stocked and impeccable. The coffee maker was perfect for breakfast. The living room was spacious with a comfy couch for our family to catch up on our Netflix series. The balcony with a view of the lake was a great picture spot. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. Loved having the washer/dryer at our disposal. Sara, our host, was helpful and available via text. Check in instructions were very detailed. This place made our Bellagio stay so memorable. We hope to be back!

Great location

Very nice and clean apartment. Especially nice for three couples that we each had our own bathrooms. The location was very good… easy access to shops and restaurants. The ferry was also a few steps away.

Amazing location!

This spacious condo was clean and comfortable. The location can’t be beat as everything you want is right outside the gate. Being just steps away from the ferry terminal made dally touring so convenient. Very quiet inside for peaceful sleeping.

The place is amazing just as described with 3 in-suite bedrooms on a most beautiful street in Bellagio! The location was perfect, as well as the view from the small balcony and one of the bedrooms! There is also private roof top that we enjoyed one afternoon with the views on the lake! Even though Bellagio is very busy, this place felt private and quiet! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate! I’d highly recommend this place and would def stay next time!

This apartment is fantastic! Very well equipped and close to everything in Bellagio. It is very private and perfect for our stay with multiple family members. I would definitely recommend! The view from the apartment of lake Como is stunning!

Birthday Celebration in Bellagio

My family of 5 stayed in the Liszt Home and it was perfect for us. The location could not have been better! There is a building under construction that blocks a little of the lake view, but it wasn’t a problem. The owner and manager were very communicative and even dropped off a bottle of wine for my husband’s birthday. You must stay here if you are planning a visit to Bellagio!

Great location

The location is right in the heart of Bellagio and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Very clean and spacious enough for our group of 6. The terrace was a little misleading as it was not ready for guests. Could be because we were there in April before the high season. All in all we were very happy and enjoyed the apartment and the lovely welcome basket that was left for us

The strong point of this Klab House unit is its location. It is steps away from the piers and busy colonnade, and actually on the famous shopping steps. This is a great spot if you travel to Bellagio by passenger ferry. For us, we travelled by car and the unit comes with a generous parking garage 400m away (up those steps and uphill from there). That is a rarity in the old village, so thank you for this. The weak points are: first, the marketing photos. Do not believe you have a terrace overlooking the lake. It is a 1-person balcony with no room for a chair. The terrace highlighted in the photo we did not even find until Day 2. Do not be misled that it is a convenient place for gathering or sunning. The flat was generous in coffee, laundry, towels (if you find the laundry room), but it should not be advertised with misleading photos. I should also mention that the air conditioning did not blow into the living/dining area, so it was useful only for sleeping, and was hot when we were there. The other weak point, for such a neat and expensive conversion, was its IKEA furniture and kitchenware. We were embarrassed to have our guests up for an aperitif. The seating was awful. For the price paid, the furnishings should have been of higher quality.

Beautiful Bellagio

This apartment did not disappoint! From the location to the views, everything was amazing. Walk right out the gate and into the shopping and restaurants. Ferry terminals are each less than a 5 minute walk. Be aware that there are steps and stairs that luggage must be carried up. This is a small inconvenience for such a great place to vacation.

Amazing location and comfortable apartment

The apartment is located in the center of everything in Bellagio. There are steps to get there, but that's all of Bellagio. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were all en-suite. The sofa was perfect for napping. The kitchen is small but who would cook with all the great restaurants around? We would definitely return to this apartment. The shops and cafes are literally feet from the apartment's private entrance. There is a laundry facility, solely for our use, and there was a large terrace, which unfortunately we didn't have time to take advantage of to sit, drink wine & enjoy the stars. The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating. Definitely a 5-star stay.

Family Trip Perfect

Stayed 6 nights in both the List Home & Attic. Location was perfect. Close to all restaurants & shopping. Ferries to other local towns were only a two minute walk away. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was very helpful at shower time. Christian (management) emailed daily to see if everything was OK, and was very attentive but not intrusive. A perfect spot.

Wonderful week in Bellagio

The property was roomy, clean and well furnished. The location couldn't have been better - we were in the middle of everything, yet the apartment was very quiet inside. Our only problem was the property manager was almost non existent. Someone met us when we arrived and gave us a very quick tour of the house, and then never returned another call. We had no large emergency, but did need them once and had a few questions another time. Overall we would rent it again just for the space and convenient location.

Fantastic Bellagiio experience

- great location, step from the main promenade - street going up the hill has some of the best shops, restaurants and wine bars in Bellagio - beautiful views from living room and master bedroom over the ferry landing and lake. - when we come back to Bellagio we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apt, great service, great location

This was the perfect apt for our family of 5 (kids ages 16-22). Clean and spacious. Air conditioned! Christian was easy to contact and very helpful. The location is great if you like being in the middle of everything (we did)! Bathrooms were large, beds were comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Stunning Views

The property is freshly renovated and in superior shape. Location couldn't be better and is within walking distance to ferry, shopping, dining, beach and restaurants. The apartment has soaring ceilings, large windows and is decorated in a refreshing minimalist style. My only note of hesitation is about the number of stairs...it must be noted there are two flights of steps to climb.

Spacious Bellagio apartment

Our family of 6 (2 couples and 2 singles) loved this apartment. It had great space and the location can't be beat. We used the private solarium daily, great views. We all agreed that these accommodations were top notch!
