”Nice quiet studio in the summit village area of Bellaire. There's shopping options a few minutes away in downtown and the unit has a kitchenette for cooking rather than dining out all the time. The beach pass for the private beach club is an added bonus, and torch lake is just a bit further down the road. The unit was clean and well stocked with linens and spare blankets for our stay. Excellent communication from the owners re location and how to access the unit. Looking forward to our next...

”I checked in and there was white crusted substance right on the comforter top, along with other places on the comforter. The pillowcase had washed out blood and other liquids stained on the corner. I had to sweep the place when I got there, and so many other things (don’t expect to eat without washing all pots and pans they are covered in sawdust from no working drawer). I took off all bedding and slept on towels. I contacted the contact given and was able to leave property however no refund...

”My family and i enjoyed our time together here for a long weekend. Note that there is a flight of stairs to get to room. Im not sure if that was mentioned in description. Plenty of room for everyone in nice sized bedrooms. Bedroom loft is open to downstairs but still feels fairly private. Nice fireplace and firewood on site. We saw wild turkeys right outside. Overall cleanliness was okay. We did not use the sauna so I cannot comment on that.”

”House is very cool! Location is perfect for decent privacy and a woodsy feel! We had a fire outside every night and loved it! Communication about check in and check out was easy and as expected. Unfortunately, cleanliness is a major issue when it comes to bedding and dishes. I had to strip the beds and go by laundry detergent to wash sheets. There was hair and other debris on the sheets in the master bedroom. I did not contact the owner about this, as it would have been more of an inconvenience...
