The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped, featuring an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, with a second exit leading to the balcony. The bathroom is complete with a bath, bidet, and WC, ensuring all essential facilities are conveniently available within the apartment.
