âThe reason why they lost a star is because of 1 staff member. She told us our room was not ready and she will call us when it was ready. So we went for a walk. But the call never came. Our room was ready & we did not know till after we tried to check in again. Otherwise the restaurant (food & staff), the pool & other amenities were excellent. Everything i would expect from the Crowne.â
