”Our stay here was amazing! The fenced in yard allowed our dog to run freely and for us to rest assured that our cars were in a safe parking area. Brittany and Ray were great hosts and incredibly helpful with anything we needed (such as giving us a toaster for our month long stay). I would absolutely stay here again :)”

”The place was pretty clean, however the Keurig did not look clean at all so I could not use it and also there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. My check in was delayed by a couple hours because I couldn't get a hold of the host and when I did, they mentioned that they prefer to call instead of text which is fine but I wish I knew beforehand. There was also no information regarding parking so I parked on the street the first day but there are spots behind the place. The main issue...

”The loft is spacious and has an historical ambiance. We appreciated the gated, free parking. The entrance process into the building is not convenient. The area the building is located in, though only five minutes to downtown, is in a very rundown area. The tenants or guests located above us were noisy and argumentative with one another which was disturbing. Though we were able to climb the stairs up and down to the apartment, some renters might find it difficult to do so.”

”It was perfect so was the host!! Legit one of the best trips to Detroit we have ever had. Close to little Caesar arena which is where we were going for a comedy show. The apt is gorgeous. The art work and the decorations are A-1. Make sure and check the artwork out in the hallways too. We would love to stay again!! ”
