”The Inn on Ferry is a quaint place located midtown Detroit. Excellent welcoming and service while we stayed. The building we stayed in (grey stone) is beginning to show some wear on the inside. Carpets would be a good thing to replace and fixtures (e.g reading light shades) need a little more modernizing. We would stay again without hesitation as it was quiet and still very clean.”

”The staff was understandably understaffed but still managed to keep everyone content. I wasn’t able to check into my hotel on time while they ran behind cleaning rooms. I was told I’m the 8th person/family waiting. I asked for a late check out which was 3 days later paid upfront and they had no issue honoring that for me. Breakfast, pool and proximity to freeway is a plus. I did have one racist run in, a man next door to me yelled racial slurs from his balcony. This happened to be on check out...

”This hotel is a great location if you are visiting the Ford Museum. The staff is friendly. We ended up in a room where the fridge was not working. We reported it to the front desk and they immediately sent a maintenance man who checked it and within minutes replaced it. The response time was very impressive and appreciated. The hot breakfast option is great. It has a variety of items. Definitely worth the $5 charge. On the flip side, although the hot tub was working only half the jets...

”Hotel stay was wonderful. Only problem I would say I had was my door was a little rough to get in and out but other than that everybody was friendly pool was nice. Jacuzzi was nice. Breakfast was good. I don’t have a complaint.”
