”My husband and I along with our service dog spent 5 days at this lovely hotel. It felt like home. The hotel is new and spotless and in a great location with free car charging stations that we used nightly. The staff was amazing. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We used the laundry and it was quick and clean. The free breakfast was always fresh with many choices. We also enjoyed the bar area and invited a couple friends to join us after dinner. We would highly recommend this hotel...

”This hotel requires a renewal. There are no plugs or USB ports near the bed. Paint was peeling on the bathroom ceiling. The television was small and old with a very limited selection of channels. Guest instructions regarding room cleaning was not properly explained. For $250 CAD a night in the small town of Leamington, I think guests deserve better. The only 'saving grace' was the friendly, helpful and accommodating woman on the front desk who patiently resolved most problems. ”
