”My expedia says check in at 3:00. Hotel says 4:00 and they were terrible at communicating when rooms were done amd we didn’t get in until 4:30. Parking was ridiculously expensive and they put two pending charges for $192.00 and $242.00 before they figured out the correct amount. Had to call back because they charged me for two valet parking permits when i purchased one.. not a great experience”

”We only stayed one night but we enjoyed the breakfast. The omelet bar was excellent. Our only negative was the evening reception. The snacks were very minimal and nearly gone after the first 30 minutes. Options were potato chips, pretzels, Chex mix. Other than that, everything was great. Very friendly staff!!”

”For breakfast the first items we ordered were all unavailable. Asked if they could sub bacon for sausage on an egg sandwich was told. Asked if they could make a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and was told no, we need to order the bacon, egg and toast breakfast and assemble into a sandwich ourselves. Fine, but the bacon was very burnt and I ended up throwing away (and I love crispy bacon!). I also like a nice runny yolk, but the egg white was runny and raw. Restaurant sounded delicious but...

”Siisti ja erittäin kaunis hotelli ja mukava henkilökunta. Huone iso ja todella mukava. Suhteellisen hiljainen huone, ulkoa kuului hieman liikenteen ääniä. Huoneen ilmastointi puhalsi satunnaisesti melko kovaa muttei häirinnyt meitä. Eurooppalaisittain nähtynä kierrätys melko vaatimatonta. ”

”Dan was a fantastic host as well as being a very kind person! Rosie, the cohost, might be somewhat intimadating at first glance for some, but she is a very sweet character when you get to know her. Breakfast was made with love by Dan and the whole house is tastefully original as was my room. The area itself is very inviting and parking is absolutely no problem. A stay that will always be positively remembered.”

”The hotel is very dated and well used. We saw a lot of dirt. Don't expect amazing rooms. What this places offers is location -- easy access to transit line into the city and a shuttle for Cardinals home games. This makes it easy to stay and about half the cost for staying right next to the stadium. We paid for an arch view room and it did not disappoint on the view aspect.”

”Check in was normal and that is where our expectations & reality separated. Entering the room one of the very first things we noticed was a huge cobweb about 12 -18" long in the corner. Next while depositing our bags in the room i was almost hit in the head by one of the closet doors as i tried to open it as neither were on the track. They were leaned in the opening. I reset them both. After a 5 hr drive we were looking forward to having dinner. My wife & daughter were waited on with drinks & i...
