”Really enjoyed the kayaking and the outdoors area”

”We stayed a bit over a week in a room with garden view (and two night in overwater bungalow via ebookers). Bed was good in the room with a garden view but a lot worse in the overwater bungalow, there were also many pillows, and also there were shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, three different soaps, slipper, utility kit and rain ponchos! Everything was clean and comfortable. Wonderful place and outstanding views, also hooray for taking care of the coral. Only minus was the REALLY pricey...

”We love our stay here. It’s honestly the perfect place to stay in Moorea. The staff were so helpful and lovely. Also, it’s amazing that you can wake up and just jump to do some snorkeling. It was the best snorkeling in the entire island. We saw 3 big turtles, an octopus and so many pretty fish plus the water is so calm. Their pina colada’s were also amazing. We highly recommend this place.”

You just sit back and enjoy the views Free use of kayaks and you’re right next to the area of the lagoon where the best snorkelling for the moorea island is. ”We were on a cruise which ended in Papeete. We decided to spend an additional 2 nights in the area and chose Moorea due to proximity by ferry. I researched hotels and chose Hibiscus due to the excellent ratings and price. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked a deluxe bungalow by the beach and we had a view of the ocean from our room. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the use of fridge, microwave and hot pot. ”I really wanted to give this place high reviews, but unfortunately the great pluses this property has (amazing location right on the water and views) are negated by an overzelous and controling owner. Prepared to be scolded, warned and admonished for many things a paying costumer would not in other stablishments. I.e. do not take the kayak out in the beautiful bay because it could be damaged by the coral..are u serious? Why have a kayak on the property if it cant be used. Or, dont leave the AC...
