”We arrived early and were treated to a room upgrade. We love an upgrade! The hotel is quaint and boutiquie (i know it's not a word, but it works). Lots of walking & beautiful scenery around the area. Bed & Shower were great!”

”Overall, a really nice stay. The self check-in didn't have any problems for me and was super easy to manage. The room was spacious and clean - very cozy! I booked the room directly over the bar with the discounted rate, and with earplugs, it wasn't bad at all, even on the weekend. One thing to note (which is in the fine print, but I didn't realize at first) is that there is no lift here, so be prepared to move your luggage up and down the stairs.”

”Loved the nice room but walls are paper thin and if you are a light sleeper it would be terrible. Extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay. Laundry was difficult to access because we had to call where it is self check in . Should have had instructions in the room … ”

”This is not a run of the mill-hotel, it's a House with a personality. The staff at the reception was simply great; friendly and informative, with a smile. The room, never seen such efficient curtains, made the room really dark. The shower arrangements in the bathroom reminded me of a Bulgarian chemical plant, though with fewer levers. My long-haired daughter had to rinse her hair at the handbasin, due to the weak flow of water from the shower nozzle. The room was situated just beside the lift,...

”This location was the highlight of my travels around Scotland and Ireland. The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. The suite was absolutely stunning - high ceilings, large rooms, an incredibly well appointed kitchen area and a super comfortable bed. The location is great with easy access to the Botanic Gardens, Ulster Museum and some great restaurants.
