”I would rate this hotel as one of the best we've ever stayed in the past. The facility is very clean and the location was excellent. The breakfast buffet was sufficient with good variety of food for everyone's preference. If we ever go back to Ho Chi Minh, I know where we'd stay.
That said, the only inconvenience was that the driver of the airport transfer couldn't locate the entrance of the hotel. We were dropped off at the entrance of the departmentt store at 11pm without knowing which way to...

Huone siisti, mutta kalustus epäkäytännöllinen. Ei ollut kunnolla paikka matkalaukuille ja hyllyjä vaatteille. Kalusteet vei kauheasti tilaa, mutta ei ollut niissä kunnolla laatikoita tai hyllyjä. Kokolattiamatto pilasi kokonaisuuden. Hanat hienon näköiset, mutta epäkäytännälliset. Kylpyhuoneen valo paistoi verhojen alareunasta ärsyttävästi suoraan sänkyyn.
Hotellin käytävällä haisi home, onneksi huoneessa ei haissut.
Club lounge palvelut erinomaiset, erityisesti ruokapuoli - suureet kiitokset kokkille ja kaikille keittiöm työntekijöille.
Emme saanet oikein ohjeistusta uloskirjautumisen toiminnasta matkalaukkujen kanssa, joten siihen ei saatu ollenkaan apua. "
