Complete garbage. I booked 3 rooms. A suite for myself and 2 rooms for my travel companions. The person at reception who checked us in, only gave us 2 rooms. And whem i showed her my booking, she still would not honor it. So i had to book another room. So ive paid for 4 rooms at this point. They refused to issue a refund.
The door in my suite would not stay open. So the maintenance person just jammed a piece of cardboard from a beer case under the door. The room was loud. The minibar didnt have any of the items listed. They charged me for those items that were never there in the first place.
One of my television remote controls were broken. The television with the menu for hotel amenities did not work.
Room was dirty. There were hairs stuck in the peephole on the front door. Hairs in the bathtub. There was no soap in the shower. The bath slippers provided were dirty. I asked for another pair. They bought me anpther dirty pair.
The food was less than mediocre. The pool had cockroaches in it.
