Great Townhouse 400m from the Beach with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Lovely town house with 3 bedrooms not far from the beach.

Shared pool with children's pool. Great view.

You don't need a car here as it is not far from the beach and restaurants, but it is a hilly area so not for those with walking difficulties.

There is 1 private parking space

The house is owned by the Danish artist, Steen Karlsen, as you can see from the many beautiful paintings around the house.

In the living room there is a dining area, a sofa (sofa bed for 2 people) and a fully equipped open kitchen. Exit to the conservatory with a view of the Mediterranean, where you can sit and enjoy the Spanish evenings. On this floor there is also a toilet. There is a television with Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and English channels. Also free wifi.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large bedroom has 2 single beds (which can be put together to make a double bed) and here you have a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view and the sound of the sea. The second bedroom has a double bed and a small balcony. Both bathrooms have showers. On the 2nd floor you will find the third bedroom with a sofa bed and built-in wardrobes. There are many stairs in the home and no lift. There is a roof terrace with a dining area for 8 people, a couple of deckchairs and a large barbecue. From here there is a fantastic view of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. There is air conditioning with cold and hot air throughout the house.
