”Everything was perfect from beginning until end. We got really good and fast communication with the host. Check in couldn’t be easier as well as check out. The accommodation was really good. Spacious living room, good bedrooms, clean and nice. A very good outside area where you could stay in the shadow (if wanted). The location was perfect. Close to the pool, beach and restaurants. We (2 adults and 4 teenagers) where all very happy with the visit. Couldn’t have asked for more.”

”I recommend this place for families with children there is a large garden with swimming pools where you can have a wonderful time together and have fun. But I recommend spending time there on vacation because we were in October and unfortunately the pools were closed, only one small pool was open with nothing. We were invited that the pools will be open and it was not, unfortunately, during October everything is closed because it is off-season. After all, I rate this place as good.”

The house was more than adequate, a little dated with some minor issues which were mailnly wear and tear but overall we would be being very picky to rate this property under 4 star plus. The location for us was perfect except for the noise from the busy roads either side but again would not deter us from booking again. ”The property is ideally located for beach and shops. It's a bit of walk but didn't find it that much of a problem. There were a few issues which we have raised with the manager/owner. One significant issue was with the pool but was looked at very quickly, not completely resolved but got us through the holiday. On the whole the property did exactly what we wanted with the outdoor space, the pool and accommodation. Would stay again if other issues are resolved.”

”Firstly, Mike and Norma are excellent hosts and their communication either directly or via their point of contact in Spain, Helen, was excellent. We had issues with the Wi-Fi which was out of their control but they worked hard to resolve. The Villa sits in the hills of Benalmádena, 5 min drive to the gorgeous Pueblo or 10-15 mins drive to the main strip. The air condition units all need a service, the unit in the main accomadationis grossly undrsized and as thus very ineffective. ”We booked this property for our large family, 12 of us in total varying in age from 8 to 69. Location of the villa is fabulous , The kitchen was small for the size of the property, it lacked utensils to cook for a large number. No bbq utensils ( I bought some from the shop so we could occasionally cook) The TVs that we’re listed in every room some of the cables were even long enough to plug in. We also got a shock that we had to pay for the electric we used when there and nor have I noticed...
