Booked a room for 3 people. What we actually received was a room for 2 and a camp bed that almost collapsed every time you sat on it. Didn't have enough bed covers for 3 and didn’t have enough towels for everyone in the room. When we requested more towels from the receptionist we were told ‘I’ll check’, only to be told there were no towels to give us because the cleaner wasn’t in. When the cleaners did bother to go in the room they would throw clothes into which ever suitcase they felt fit, not bother to take all the rubbish from the room and not replace the toilet paper in the bathroom. Walls extremely thin so could hear everything the people in the neighbouring room were doing. 2 of the receptionists we experienced were extremely rude and looked as if they didn’t want to be there, let alone resolve any issues. The only saving grace was that the room had great air con. Extremely disappointing experience. Don’t expect much.

Great little hotel for a short stay
Lisätty 22.9.2019 Hotelsn sivustollaThis hotel is in a great location for the old town. Perfect for a short stay, not sure I would like 2 weeks there due to no balconies or terraces. Rooms are basic but very clean, some rooms have recently been updated. Excellent value for what I paid.

Situacion y personal excelente No accesible con coche es zons peatonal. Ruido por las noches por extranjeros borrachos que incluso 2 noches clientesdiferentes a las 4 AM nos llamaron a la puerta pq no sabiam ni a donde iban, aunque la culpa es de los extranjeros que aqui todo vale y en su pais ni mu.

Lisätty 1.9.2019 Hotelsn sivustollaLo mejor del hotel es que se encuentra muy buen ubicado, la distancia hasta la playa levante es de apenas 200 metros, así como a la de poniente.
Concretamente se ubica en una zona peatonal muy transitada por el comercio de Benidorm, y sales del hotel y tiene una gran variedad de tiendas, restaurantes...
Lo malo es que no dispone de parking y la verdad que en las inmediaciones del hotel no ahí muchos aparcamientos, por lo cual deberás de darte unas cuantas vueltas hasta localizar un estacionamiento.
La comida es tipo buffet, y está bastante bien aunque la verdad nos hicieron unos muslos de pollo que todo el mundo los tiraba a la basura debido su mal cocinado.

Todo en general muy bien menos el comedor q es muy pequeño y hacen mucho ruido las camareras reciguendo los platos.. Poca variedad de comidad.....en 3 días que estuvimos no pusieron ningún tipo de arroz. ...pero lo q había estava muy bueno.....
