”I had such a wonderful experience. The room was very nicely decorated and top of the line. Everything was beautiful, clean, lots of amenities. I had a small accident and broke my foot, the hosts were so helpful and really went out of their way. Everything I needed was there and it was easily accessible to the city center. ”The staff were excellent. Arrived early left luggage. Staff messaged when room was ready. Received message next asjingbif stay going ok. Said room was cold. Came staight away & fixed temp control. Staff excellent. Nothhing too much trouble. Said not yo bother with cleaning room but still brought fresh towels & topped coffee up. Breakfast choice very good & varied. ”First time at this hotel and we loved it. Location is excellent, staff are friendly and professional, Room was spacious and with the "Club" room, it had all the amenities.
